WASHINGTON: The federal minister for finance Ishaq Dar has said that Pakistan is desirous of promoting its relations with India.
In a press briefing in Washington, the minister said that Pakistan wants peace in the region as war is no solution to any issue. He expressed the hope that wisdom will prevail in India.
The finance minister also called for promotion of trade in the region.
Ishaq Dar further said that our armed forces are capable of defending their homeland if India imposed war on Pakistan.
