ISLAMABAD: A meeting was held at the Prime Minister House in Islamabad on Friday morning between Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif, during which matters pertaining to security of the country as well as issues of national importance came under consideration.
