JOHANNESBURG: A 6-member parliamentary delegation chaired by Chairman Senate Nayyar Hussain Bukhari left for Johannesburg last night to attend 59th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference (CPC).
According to a spokesman of National Assembly‚ Pakistani delegation will attend the General Assembly and its allied meetings.
The delegation will also interact with other delegations of Commonwealth member states.
The 59th Conference of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Assembly which began on 28th of last month will continue till sixth of this month in South African capital.
Pakistani delegation comprising members from Senate‚ National Assembly and four Provincial Assemblies will participate in the Conference.
