QUETTA: An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Quetta on Monday ordered the Crime Branch to produce the former president Pervez Musharraf before it in a case pertaining to veteran Baloch politician Nawaz Akbar Bugti’s killing in 2006 military operation in Balochistan.

The order was issued by the court during a hearing of the case today wherein Crime Branch officials presented their reports about former DPO Dera Bugti, besides presenting a challan against Pervez Musharraf.

The court expressed dissatisfaction over the investigation report of the Crime Branch and directed it to resubmit the report on the next hearing.

The court later adjourned the hearing till 30th of this month, before ordering authorities to produce Musharraf on the next hearing.
