ISLAMABAD: Pakistan received record nearly 14 billion dollars remittances from Overseas Pakistanis during the fiscal year 2012-13. The highest amount was received from Saudi Arabia‚ which was 29.5 percent of the total remittances.
The State Bank has reported that the country received 13.920 billion dollars remittances from overseas Pakistanis in the last fiscal year as compared to 13.1 billion dollars received in fiscal year 2011-12.
