ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Senator Palwasha Khan has said that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) is afraid of the victory of the Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari from Lahore’s NA-127 Constituency in February 8 general elections.
While addressing a Press Conference along with the Media Coordinator Nazir Dhoki, Palwasha Khan said that yesterday PPP’s Offices in Lahore and Karachi were attacked, and asked the Election Commissions of Pakistan (ECP) to take notice of it.
Senator Palwasha Khan said that if Nawaz Sharif wants to contest the election from Larkana, he would be welcomed.
The PPP leader said that PML-N raised the slogan of ‘Jaag Punjabi Jaag’ causing the spread of hatred, and now they are again resorting to the same tactics to meet their vested political interests.
Palwasha Khan said that PML-N hasn’t yet unveiled any election manifesto, and even if they present any manifesto with ‘hollow promises’, it won’t be in line with International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) terms.
