Islamabad, Pakistan: Workers of Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), ISF, and Insaf Youth Wing are protesting against the unfair distribution of party tickets as mainstream personalities have exploited the party after getting a clean chit from courts to contest General Elections 2024.

PTI activists saw a silver line when the majority of mainstream leaders who were involved in My 9 Mutiny thought that they would not be allowed by the state to run for elections. However, the situation changed and PTI former ministers like Hammad Azhar and many who are absconders in cases got their nomination papers approved through Election Tribunals.

Now the angry activists say that injustice is again happening in PTI and tickets were issued to the preferred candidates by ignoring the senior and competent officials. Tehreek-e-Insaf, Youth Wing, and Insaf Student Federation together raised their voices for their right and recorded their strong protest against the Central Executive Committee of Tehreek-e-Insaf in Islamabad. Tehreek-e-Insaaf’s candidate for KP 97 Kirk General Secretary Sanaullah also joined the protest. Tehreek-e-Insaf has become a victim of severe factionalism in the party old guards are being ignored, favored rich and powerful families are being brought forward, the right of public representatives is being taken away, those who have been issued tickets have given tickets by paying heavy bribes.

It may be mentioned that the majority of PTI former ministers and important leaders who were involved in the May 9 Mutiny have been granted permission to contest General Elections 2024 through Election Tribunals and they are getting relief from courts PTI is providing priority to important families of every district while forgetting youth and workers.
