LAHORE: The Tehrik Suba Hazara (TSH) has threatened to stage a protest sit-in outside the Parliament house on March 1, giving the momentum to the debate of formation of new provinces in Punjab, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported on Saturday.

‘Thousands of workers’ would block the GT Road and march to Islamabad on the day when resolution on a new province would be presented in the National Assembly, warned Sardar Fida, the General Secretary of TSH.

Meanhshile, Hazara Qaumi Mahaz (HQM), a party formulated to run movement for the Hazara province, has also reportedly ‘chalked out its plan of action’ for the March 1 protest.

Chairman of the HQM Qazi Azhar claims that people of Abbottabad also support the demand of Hazara province which should be carved out of the existing Punjab.
