SHEIKHUPURA, Pakistan: In an unfortunate incident, 15 Sikh Yatrees were killed and 10 further receives injuries when a Coaster collided with a train in Sheikhupura on Friday.

The Coaster rammed into the Shah Hussain Express Train at a Railway Crossing near Sacha Soda.

The Shah Hussain Express train was going to Lahore from Karachi when it met the accident between Farooq Abad and Bahali Railway Station.

Meanwhile, the Minister for Railways Sheikh Rasheed took the notice of the Train-Coaster Collision in Sheikhupura and sought the initial report of the incident.

The Railways Minister also suspended the Division Engineer and directed the authorities to take immediate action against those responsible.

In a statement, Prime Minister Imran Khan expressed deep grief and sorrow over the loss of precious lives in the train accident in Sheikhupura.

The prime minister directed to provide the best possible medical treatment to those injured in the accident.
