50% COVID-19 patients recovered in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: As many as 100,802 COVID-19 positive people have been recovered across Pakistan making it 50% of the total detected Cases, according to the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC).

Since February 26, a total of 213,470 Coronavirus (COVID-19) Cases have been detected throughout the Country till date. Whereas 4,395 people infected by the virus have lost their lives.

On June 30, 22,418 tests were conducted to diagnose the COVID-19 which found 4,133 people positive.

In the last 24 hours, further 91 patients succumbed to the disease.

Similarly, 1,762 people have died of Coronavirus in Punjab, 1,377 in Sindh, 951 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 128 in Islamabad, 121 in Balochistan, 30 in AJK, and 26 in Gilgit-Baltistan. So far the highest number of recoveries have been registered in Sindh wherein 46,824 COVID-19 patients have been recovered. In Punjab, 27,488 people have been recovered till date, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 13,067 people, in Islamabad 7,261 people, in Balochistan 4,484 people, in Gilgit-Baltistan 1,128 people, and in AJK 550 people.

As per the province-wise details, so far 84,640 people have been diagnosed with the virus in Sindh, 76,262 in Punjab, 26,598 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 12,912 in Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT), 10,476 in Balochistan, 1,489 in Gilgit-Baltistan, and 1,093 in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).

Similarly, 1,762 people have died of Coronavirus in Punjab, 1,377 in Sindh, 951 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 128 in Islamabad, 121 in Balochistan, 30 in AJK, and 26 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
