ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Prime Minister’s Special Assistant on Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan has strongly criticized the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) for damaging the Country’s economy in its tenure.
In a series of tweets on Wednesday, she reacted strongly to the PML-N’s decision to hold an Economic Conference, and said that instead of holding the Conference on Economy, they should call back the former Finance Minister Ishaq Dar who mortgaged the Country’s buildings and highways.
Dr Firdous said that the party should have done something for the economy when it was in the power rather than shedding the crocodile tears now.
The special assistant said that the Sharif family promoted their businesses rather than serving the interests of masses.
Firdous Ashiq Awan said that the top PML-N leadership is settled abroad and left behind the second tier leadership to hold Seminars.

معیشت پر کانفرنس کرنے کے بجائے اسحاق ڈار کو واپس بلائیں جس نے پاکستان کی عمارتیں اور شاہراہیں بھی گروی رکھ دیں۔ارسطو بن کر لیکچر دینے والوں نے معیشت کی ناؤ ڈبوئی، اب مگرمچھ کے آنسو بہا رہے ہیں؟

احسن اقبال صاحب کاش ملکی معیشت کی فکر آپ نے اپنے دور حکومت میں بھی کی ہوتی؟ 3دہائیاں برسر ِاقتدار رہنے والوں کے منہ سے پالیسیوں کے تسلسل میں ناکامی کی بات مضحکہ خیز ہے ۔ آل ِشریف نے عوام کا کاروبار بند کرکے اپنی آل اولاد کے کاروبار کے تسلسل کو تقویت دی ۔
