The delegation presented a memorandum to the UN Observer Mission Officials, in which a protest was registered for making life of the people in Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK) difficult.

The PTI Central Secretary General Aamir Mahmood Kiyani said that the memorandum places special emphasis on providing the right of autonomy to the Kashmiris.

Aamir Mahmood Kiyani said that the people are dying of hunger and disease in Kashmir. He said that there is a complete blackout of communications and media in IOK. He added that the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has a history of human rights abuses.
