Secretary General Pakistan People’s Party‚ Raja Pervez Ashraf says people would re-elect his party on its past performance.

In an interview‚ he said PPP-led former government had taken historical steps for the betterment of state institutions including Parliament‚ Judiciary and army.

He said that an effective foreign policy was the achievement of previous government and record development schemes were also introduced across the country.

Pervez Ashraf said that Benazir Income Support Programme was a big achievement of former government and PPP would double allocations for the programme if voted to power.
