ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Vice Chancellor of Quaid-e-Azam University (QAU) Islamabad Dr. Javed Ashraf on Friday said that his institution was making all out efforts to curb drug mafia in the university but agreed that he could not succeed completely till now in this regard.
