Moscow: “Out of 86 million Russians working in the market, only 48 million people are officially working in registered, legal and legitimate sectors”,  said Russian Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets in a conference held in Moscow.

She said that this situation will be disastrous after 10 to 20 years when all people working in unregistered sectors will not get pensions or state will not have their record.

“When we have such a large” gray “sector, we are under-funding of social spending. We do a great debate on the pension work. Much has been said about the demographic problem of the risks that await us in 10-20 years, but the main risks – those with whom we are dealing with today, is that today we are paying the necessary contributions only 48 million people of working age and rest of them we do not paying and do not have proper data”, maintained Russian deputy prime minister.

According to her, to come to the international standards and requirements of the profession, it is necessary to unify them with the professional community.
