6,500 teachers to be recruited in Balochistan

QUETTA: The Balochistan government will fill 6,500 vacant posts of teachers in the education department after the annual provincial budget 2014-15, an official said.

A notification has also been issued to conduct NTS test of the candidates for recruitment against these vacant posts, the official said.

The official said that the provincial government has notified that the candidates applying for vacant posts of teachers will have to appear in the test.

Moreover, he said, a mechanism is also being introduced to pinpoint and terminate the teachers in the ghost schools in the state-run educational institutions.
