Three gas pipelines blown up in Balochistan's Dera Murad Jamali

DERA MURAD JAMALI: Unknown miscreants on Monday blew up three gas pipelines supplying gas to the Uch power plant in Balochistan’s Dera Murad Jamali area which led to the suspension of at least 550 megawatts of power supply, the Ministry of Water and Power officials said.

The officials said that it would take 24 hours to restore the damaged pipelines, adding that Oil and Gas Development Authorities-led (OGDC) authorities were engaged in its maintenance.
