Why Do We Need An Increased WhatsApp File Size Limit?

WhatsApp and other messaging apps usually compress the size and quality of pictures and videos before sending them. Upcoming File Size Limit
Earlier, WhatsApp had a limit of 100MBs for any file upload. But, now it has enhanced the limit on the Beta version. Once, WhatsApp introduces this feature publicly, other apps would rethink their file upload size. Currently, no one but WABetaInfo disclosed these amazing features. These features are available to only limited iOS Android versions like 2.22.8.5, 2.22.8.6, and 2.22.8.7 in South America.
Right now, these features are only available in a limited WhatsApp Beta version, it may take some time for it to be released globally. This is not enough, the messenger which is owned by Meta is now testing the ability to upload 2GB files in its latest version. While Gmail has a 25 MB upload limit, Twitter has more than 1 GB.
Everyone is very excited and desperately waiting for these new upgrade features. But there are no updates about the launch of this amazing WhatsApp’s new increasing features.
