West Indies won the 3rd T20 International against Pakistan by 7 wickets at Queen’s Park Oval in Trinidad on Saturday.
While batting first, Pakistan put 137 runs for 8 on score board in 20 overs with Kamran Akmal’s 48 and Babar Azam’s 43 runs.
In reply, West Indies reached the target comfortably in 14.5 overs with 7 wickets still in hand. Evin Lewis’s 91 runs innings was exceptional which led West Indies keep the series alive.
Evin Lewis hit 9 sixes and 5 fours in his 91-run innings of just 51 balls.
For Pakistan, the winner of Man of the Match award in first 2 T20s Shadab Khan didn’t prove as much as effective as he was in previous games. He gave 38 runs in his 3.5 overs, and took wicket of Evin Lewis.
With West Indian victory in 3rd T20, the four-match series remains alive. The first two matches were won by Pakistan.
The fourth and last T20 match between the two teams will be played today (Sunday) in Trinidad.
