Following an exceptional display of professionalism and skills which led Pakistan to their first-ever World Cup victory against India on October 24, now the green shirts are poised to take on New Zealand at Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Tuesday. (PTV Sports)
It was supposed to be merely another game to further proceed in the T20 World Cup 2021; however, the last-minute withdrawal by the visiting New Zealand in September 2021 for dubious security threats infuriated the host Pakistan.
Therefore, Pakistan would certainly take today’s T20 as an opportunity to somewhat settle the score for the embarrassment and humiliation they suffered because of New Zealand’s reprehensible act last month.
