HOBART: The 35th match of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 will be played between Sri Lanka and Scotland at the Bellerive Oval in Hobart on Wednesday.

The Pool A match is scheduled to begin at 08:30 am Pakistan Standard Time (PST).

From Pool A, Scotland are already out of the race for the quarter finals along with England and Afghanistan after losing all four matches they have played so far in the tournament. However, Sri Lanka are likely to make their place in quarter finals after winning three of their five games.

Earlier in the ICC World Cup Pool B match played at Hamilton on Tuesday, India beat Ireland by eight wickets.

While batting, Ireland made 259 runs before they were all out in 49 overs. In response, India achieved the target in 36.5 overs for the loss of only two wickets.

The Indian left-handed opening batsman Shikhar Dhawan was declared man of the match after he scored a century.
