ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Pakistani team will depart for Colombo on June 9 to play a bilateral cricket series with Sri Lanka from June 17 to August 1 which includes three test matches, five one day internationals (ODIs) and two T20 internationals.
The Pakistani team will begin its tour with a three-day practice match against TBA at the Colombo Cricket Club Ground from June 13.
The first official test between Pakistan and Sri Lanka will be played from June 17 to 21 at the Galle International Stadium. The second test will be played from June 25 to 29 at the P Sara Oval, Colombo while the third and final test will be played from July 3 to 7 at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium.

Later five-match ODI series will begin from July 11 and will continue till July 26. The first ODI will be played at the Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium on July 11, second at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium on July 15, third and fourth ODIs will be played at the R Premadasa Stadium, Colombo on July 19 and July 22 while fifth match will be at the Mahinda Rajapaksa International Cricket Stadium, Sooriyawewa, Hambantota on July 26.
The bilateral series will end with two T20 internationals at the R Premadasa Stadium, Colombo on July 30 and August 1 respectively.
On Friday, the official Logo unveiled in Lahore of the test series between Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
On the occasion, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) director of international cricket Zakir Khan has said that he is hopeful that the Pakistan team will achieve success against Sri Lanka in the upcoming series. He said that the players are working hard to maintain their fitness.
Zakir Khan said that they have inducted new players into the squad to give them a chance against a quality team.
