ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e- Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan on Friday said that next edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL) would be played in PTI government, adding that only quality players would be brought to participate.

While addressing as Chief Guest in the final match of Insaf Super League (ISL) at G-7 Cricket Stadium in Islamabad, the PTI Chief said that next PSL would be played in Pakistan.

“We will not bring Railu Kattay type players, we will bring quality players,” Imran Khan said.

The PTI Chief said that we would make Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) an institution. He said that the PTI-led Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government had established 70 sports stadiums in the Province to promote healthy activities.

Imran Khan said that promotion of regional cricket could produce talented cricketers in the Country, adding that sport should be made an institution.

Earlier, Imran Khan distributed a trophy and prizes among the players of the winning team of ISL. He congratulated the winning team, and also lauded the organizer.
