The historical Sharjah Cricket Stadium will host another T20 of HBL PSL 2019 tonight between Karachi Kings and Peshawar Zalmi.

Both the teams carry two points each so far in the fourth edition of Pakistan Super League.

Karachi Kings won against Multan Sultans but lost to Lahore Qalandars. Whereas Peshawar Zalmi had a disappointing start in the event as it lost to Quetta Gladiators but then it thrashed Lahore Qalandars in a one-sided game.

In terms of head-to-head record, Peshawar Zalmi is way ahead of Karachi Kings. Out of eight battles between them, Peshawar Zalmi won six whereas Karachi Kings secured just two victories.

So far Quetta Gladiators leads the Point Table with six points. While all rest of contestants have two points each.

With regard to individuals’ performances, Quetta Gladiators’ Shane Watson remains the highest scorer with 161 runs in HBL PSL 2019 followed by his team mate Umar Akmal and Multan Sultans’ Shoaib Malik on 136 runs each.

In most wickets column, Lahore Qalandars’ Rahat Ali stands atop with eight wickets. While Peshawar Zalmi’s Wahab Riaz and Hasan Ali, Karachi Kings’ Mohammad Amir, Lahore Qalandars’ Haris Rauf and Quetta Gladiators’ Sohail Tanvir have picked up five wickets each.

Additionally, Karachi Kings’ Liam Livingstone, Islamabad United’s Luke Ronchi and Multan Sultans’ Shoaib Malik stand parallel to each other with six maximums each.

Earlier last night at Sharjah, Rilee Rossouw and Shane Watson helped Quetta Gladiators clinch its third victory in HBL PSL 2019.

In response to Multan Sultans’ 160 runs, Quetta Gladiators reached the target in 18.3 overs for the loss of just two wickets. Rilee Rossouw left the field with unbeaten 67 runs while Shane Watson earlier got out on 61.
