ISLAMABAD: The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) will supply gas to the domestic consumers only for December and January while no gas will be available for other sectors during this period, Federal Minister for Petroleum Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said on Monday.
Talking to media representatives after presiding over a meeting of the functional committee of Senate, Abbasi said that the SNGPL that supplies gas to Punjab, Islamabad and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will hardly be able to manage to cater to the gas requirements of domestic consumers only.
The minister said that the gas load management plan has been prepared under which gas will only be available for domestic consumers during December and January.
