The ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has succeeded to uphold its position intact in the Center, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab as per the unofficial results of by-elections 2018 in 35 Constituencies revealed by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), PTI won a total of 15 seats from across the Country.

As per the results, PTI won four National Assemblies seats, six Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly seats and five Punjab Assembly seats.

   

The Opposition Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) stood second with 11 seats. As many as 11 Candidates affiliated with PML-N emerged victorious from four National Assembly Constituencies, six Punjab Assembly Constituencies and one Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Constituency.

Results of by-elections 2018

The Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), Pakistan Muslim League and Awami National Party (ANP) remained at third position in terms of most number of seats as PPP won two Sindh Assembly Seats, Pakistan Muslim League won two National Assembly seat whereas ANP secured triumph from two Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Constituencies.

The alliance of religious political parties Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA) and Balochistan National Party (BNP-Mengal) also won one each from National Assembly and Balochistan Assembly respectively.

Whereas three Independents also secured victories from Punjab and Balochistan Assemblies.
