Pakistan will be aiming to register a whitewash in the bilateral three-match T20 series against Bangladesh when the two sides will again be up against each other in Dhaka on Monday.

Babar Azam’s men clinched two back-to-back victories against the Host in Dhaka on November 19 and 20.

In the first T20, they secured a 4 wickets win while they cruised to the victory with 8 wickets still in hand.

Batting first, Bangladesh’s top order again failed to deliver and except Najmul Hossain Shanto, none of their batsmen made an impact, resulting in putting a modest total of 108 for 7 runs in the end.

For Pakistan, Shaheen Shah Afridi and Shadab khan picked up 2 wickets each while Mohammad Wasim, Haris Rauf, and Mohammad Nawaz also took 1 wicket each.

In reply, Pakistan reached the target in 18.1 overs for the loss of 2 wickets. Fakhar Zaman scored unbeaten 57 runs whereas Mohammad Rizwan scored 39 runs.

Bangladesh’s Mustafizur Rahman and Aminul Islam bagged 1 wicket each.

Following the three-match T20 series, two Test matches will take place between the two teams.

The first Test match will begin at Chattogram on November 26 while the second Test will be held at Dhaka from December 4-8, 2021.
