ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Prime Minister Imran Khan will soon visit the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the invitation extended by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohamed bin Salman, the Prime Minister’s Special Assistant on Religious Harmony Maulana Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi said.

Talking to the media persons in Islamabad on Wednesday, Tahir Ashrafi said that Pakistan’s relations have tremendously improved with the Arab Countries under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan.

The special assistant said that Kuwait has also opened its doors for Pakistani workers while Pakistan’s relations with Egypt have witnessed an improvement after 10 years.

Mosques to remain open in Ramazan

Regarding the Coronavirus situation, the special assistant said that the mosques will remain open during the holy month of Ramazan as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Tahir Ashrafi said that there is a decree of religious scholars that the people should get themselves vaccinated against COVID-19.

“Talking about not getting Corona Vaccination is ignorance,” he said.
