ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Wednesday left for Karachi to embark on his first visit to the metropolis after assuming the Office of Prime Minister.

In Karachi, the prime minister will visit the mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah to lay floral wreaths and to offer Fateha.

During his day-long stay in Karachi, the prime minister will hold meetings with the Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori and the Chief Minister Murad Ali Shahd in which overall political situation and administrative affairs of the province will be discussed.

Shahbaz Sharif will also meet prominent personalities of the business community and a delegation of Karachi Chamber of Commerce.

In these meetings, he will take suggestions from the business community regarding the improvement of the Country’s economy.
