ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Pakistan once again exposed the dirty face of the Indian fascist government by presenting a dossier with a list of 1128 perpetrators involved in war crimes in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) along with victims of genocidal acts, torture, and enforced disappearances.

This was stated by Mushaal Hussein Mullick, the Chairperson of Peace and Culture Organisation, in a statement on Monday.

Mushaal, who is the wife of incarcerated Kashmiri Hurriyat leader, Muhammad Yasin Malik, said that the long list of dossier released by the government of Pakistan exposed the scale of war crimes in the occupied valley.

The Hurriyat leader went on to say that the Narendra Modi-led Indian government turned the heaven-like valley into the world’s largest open prison and torture cell; however, the world community and human rights organizations remained tight-lipped, which clearly depicted their duplicity and double standard.

She said that human rights violations, fake encounters, and false flag operations became a common phenomenon. Moreover, Mushaal lamented that the inhuman Indian forces used rape as a war tool in IIOJK to silence the dissenting voices.

The Chairperson said that the 131-paged dossier presented by Pakistan badly exposed the Indian atrocities and inhuman acts and the world powers, so-called human right organization, and UN bodies needed to take prompt actions and imposed strict sanctions, besides warning of cutting all diplomatic relations.

She stated that the comprehensive list of dossier contained of 1128 perpetrators involved in war crimes, 946 cases of 1785 victims of genocidal acts, and 474 cases of 485 victims of the torture of IIOJK.

Moreover, Mushaal added that 14 cases of 63 victims of sexual violence, 110 cases of 77 victims of enforced disappearances, and 1246 pellet guns victims were included in the list.

She said that the Hindutva-inspired BJP regime in India has unleashed a spat of brutalities and atrocities against the Kashmiri people to muzzle their voices.

Mushaal further said that the occupied valley had been kept under strict communication blockade in order to keep the international media and observers at bay from reporting the heinous crimes and inhuman acts being committed by the Indian occupation forces.

Mushaal said that there were international instruments and mechanisms that ensured rights protection but they are totally oblivious in discharging their duties in regard with Kashmir.

She said that the irony is that the world had realized what India was committing in IIOJK but now they need to take punitive and tangible steps to bring Mod-led fascist government to its knees to accept the long-agreed formula of Kashmir solution that’s is a plebiscite.

Mushaal warned that the world powers should interference to resolve the long-standing Kashmir dispute as the rising Indian fascists’ tendencies were posing real threats to regional and global peace and stability.
