ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Coronavirus (COVID-19) took 54 more lives in the Country on March 11, raising the number of total fatalities of the disease to 13,430.

Punjab suffered the most deaths in the last 24 hours as 36 patients died of COVID-19 in the province followed by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa which recorded 9 deaths on March 11.

Sindh and Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) recorded 4 deaths each while 1 patient passed away in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).

In total, Punjab has so far registered 5,698 deaths, Sindh 4,452, KPK 2,138, ICT 520, AJK 317, Balochistan 202, and the Gilgit-Baltistan region 103.

In the last 24 hours, 41,133 people were tested for Coronavirus across the Country according to the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), and 2,701 were found positive.

Now a total of 600,198 Coronavirus Cases have so far been detected in the Country including 260,661 in Sindh, 182,576 in Punjab, 75,052 in KPK, 46,963 in ICT, 19,171 in Balochistan, 10,816 in AJK, and 4,959 in Gilgit-Baltistan.

There are 18,703 Active COVID-19 Cases in Pakistan as of March 12 while 568,065 people have been recovered now.
