ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar held a telephonic conversation with the Foreign Minister of Malaysia Dato Seri Utama Haji Mohamad Bin Haji Hasan on Tuesday.

“It is always a pleasure speaking to him and discussing matters of mutual interest,” Ishaq Dar told on the microblogging website X, formerly Twitter.

Ishaq Dar said that we reaffirmed our commitment to enhance high-level dialogue and exchanges to further strengthen Pakistan-Malaysia economic and strategic relations.

The foreign minister said that we also discussed preparations for the visit of Prime Minister of Malaysia Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim to Pakistan.
