ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Pakistan Citizen Portal has received a positive feedback of 48 percent from the citizen, the Senate was told on Tuesday.

In a written reply, the Minister Incharge of the Prime Minister’s Office apprised the Upper House that a mechanism/system under the ambit of Pakistan Citizen Portal (PCP) exists for the people to access/inform the Prime Minister for resolution of their issues/complaints and to avail speedy justice.

The House was told that by using the forum of Pakistan Citizen Portal, the people can coordinate directly with the Prime Minister’s Office and the line departments/offices for early resolution of their complaints.

It was further apprised that the Pakistan Citizen Portal has a total of 4,044,499 registered members/users who have lodged 5,004,647 complaints out of which 4,921,478 (98%) have been processed & closed as per relevant rules / laws and regulations.

The Pakistan Citizen Portal has an overall 48% positive feedback from the citizen, it was added.
