LAHORE, Pakistan: The Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Saturday said some defeated elements were promoting politics of personal interest in the Country, whereas Pakistan was unable to bear politics of anarchy.

While talking to the Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique who called on him in Lahore on Saturday, Shahbaz Sharif said disappointed elements did not want to see a developed or prosperous Pakistan.

   

“Those politicians have been exposed who made records of lies and abusive language in politics,” he added.

The Chief Minister said time was slipping from the hands of liars as the people had been tired of negative politics.

“Fake slogans do not serve the masses, it needs work hard for day and night to serve the nation,” he added.

Shahbaz Sharif said slogan holders of “New Pakistan” had disappointed the citizens of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa where they were in rule.

Moreover, he said projects of China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) expedited the process of prosperity and development in the Country. He said the CPEC had become a game changer for Pakistan.

The Punjab Chief Minister said the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) government had set a record of transparency and services during the last four years, adding that completion of projects during the period was exemplary for last 70 years.

Shahbaz Sharif said every project of the PML-N government was an example of transparency, standard and speed.
