ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov held a meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Islamabad on Thursday.
In the meeting, the two sides will hold discussion on the entire spectrum of bilateral relations between Pakistan and Azerbaijan, and ways and means to further strengthen them.

Later, they also held delegation level talks in which the two sides reviewed progress on bilateral relations and exchanged views on regional and global developments.
The two sides expressed strong commitment and resolve to further strengthen bilateral strategic relations and broaden the scope of cooperation in all areas of interest including trade, investment, energy, defence, education, climate action and regional connectivity.
Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov arrived in Islamabad last night on a two-day official visit.
The visiting dignitary was received at the Islamabad International Airport by the Additional Foreign Secretary (Afghanistan and West Asia) Ahmed Naseem Warraich and accorded a warm welcome.
During his visit, Jeyhun Bayramov will also hold extensive discussions with Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif.
