RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Chief of Army Chief (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa has said that Pakistan attaches great importance to brotherly relations with Bosnia & Herzegovina.

Talking to the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Sefik Dzaferovic who visited Pakistan army’s general headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi on Thursday and met him, the COAS said that Pakistan is proud of the strong bond of love & support between people of the two Countries.Bosnia & Herzegovina - The Chief of Army Chief (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa has said that Pakistan attaches great importance to brotherly relations with Bosnia & Herzegovina. During the meeting, matters of mutual interest, regional security & Pak-Bosnia & Herzegovina relations came under discussion. Both discussed enhanced bilateral cooperation in various fields including defence, technical expertise & joint ventures. The visiting dignitary also acknowledged Pakistan's continuous efforts for peace & stability in the region & pledged to further enhance bilateral relations between both brotherly Countries. Earlier, on arrival at GHQ, the visiting dignitary was presented guard of honour and laid floral wreath at Yadgar-e-Shuhada to pay homage to martyrs.

During the meeting, matters of mutual interest, regional security, and Pakistan-Bosnia & Herzegovina relations came under discussion.

Both discussed enhanced bilateral cooperation in various fields including defence, technical expertise & joint ventures.

The visiting dignitary also acknowledged Pakistan’s continuous efforts for peace & stability in the region and pledged to further enhance bilateral relations between both brotherly Countries.
