Terrorists attacked a military post in Datta Khel area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s North Waziristan district, resulting in the martyrdom of two Pakistan army soldiers.

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Saturday that terrorists targeted a military post in North Waziristan’s Datta Khel area.

The ISPR said that the attack triggered an intense exchange of fire between Pakistan army troops and terrorists.

Unfortunately, two soldiers including 27-year-old Naik Rehman, a resident of Chitral, and 22-year-old Lance Naik Muhammad Arif, a resident of Tank, embraced Shahadat.

The ISPR said that the search of the area is being carried out to eliminate any terrorists found.
