RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The security forces continue to conduct intelligence-based operations (IBOs) against terrorists in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan as part of the Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad, the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said.
In a press release issued on Friday, the ISPR said that the security forces killed one terrorist as they conducted an IBO on a suspected terrorist hideout at Barkelay Village of Spinwam Tehsil in North Waziristan.
The ISPR said that the security forces also recovered improvised explosive device (IED) making literature, submachine guns (SMG), hand grenades, spare magazines and communication equipment.

Furthermore, the FC Balochistan also conducted an IBO in suburbs of Qilla Saifullah and Kahan near Mawand and foiled terrorist activity to sabotage peace in the province.
The FC Balochistan also revered weapons and ammunition.
