QUETTA, Pakistan: A policeman embraced martyrdom while two others received injuries in a terrorist attack in Loralai district of Balochistan on Monday.

The incident took place on Quetta Road in Loralai, wherein terrorists opened fire at Police’s Eagle Squad, killing a policeman and leaving two further policemen injured.

In retaliatory firing from the police, one terrorist was killed whereas the second one blew himself up.

The injured policemen were shifted to District Headquarters Hospital in Loralai for medical treatment.

In a statement, the Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Kamal condemned the terrorist attack on Eagle Squad. He also expressed grief and sorrow over the death of a policeman.
