QUETTA, Pakistan: A powerful blast rocked the Balochistan’s Capital on Tuesday, and killed at least two persons besides injuring 14 further.

The blast took place on Mekangi road in Quetta wherein, according to the Balochistan Minister for Home Zia Ullah Longove, a vehicle of Frontier Corps (FC) was targeted.

The police said that the bomb was planted in a motorcycle which was detonated through a remote control device.

Meanwhile, the security forces reached the blast site and cordoned off the entire area.

The Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan condemned the bomb blast in Quetta and sought a detailed report.

Jam Kamal Khan said that coward terrorists are once again aiming to disturb peace in the City as well as the Province. He said that those who targeted innocent civilians for such terror will be brought to justice
