One civilian injured after Indian forces open unprovoked firing on LoC

MUZAFFARABAD, Pakistan: One civilian was injured when the Indian forces once again resorted to unprovoked firing on the Line of Control (LoC) in Neiza Peer Sector of Azad Kashmir’s Heveli district on Monday.

The Deputy Commissioner Haveli told media that one civilian Ghulam Muhammad resident of Akhori village sustained injuries due to indiscriminate firing of the Indian forces.

The Pakistani troops effectively responded and silenced Indian guns.

The Indian border security forces personnel on Saturday also opened unprovoked firing and mortar shelling along the Sialkot working boundary’s Charwa sector.

However, no casualties or loss of life was reported in that attack.
