Pakistan army have been responding in the same coin to the unprovoked firing and shelling from across the LoC.

According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), Pakistani troops have been targeting Indian posts in retaliation to the unprovoked firing and shelling in a befitting manner.

Talking to media representatives at his weekly media briefing in Islamabad on Thursday, the Foreign Office Spokesman Nafees Zakaria said that Indian unprovoked ceasefire violations at the LoC and Working Boundary has caused loss of precious civilians lives, and it is condemnable.

The spokesman said that Indian attempt to raise tension at the LoC and Working Boundary is to hide their genocide and crimes against humanity its occupation forces have been perpetrating with impunity in Indian Occupied Kashmir.

“Pakistan has no desire to escalate the situation. However, we have been forced to react but with maximum restraint,” Zakaria said.
