In 2015, Nazish Jahangir started her career in performing arts in the commercial theatre with Anwar Maqsood in Karachi. After working in theatre for some time, she moved on to her first TV debut in 2017 with the drama serial, Bharosa alongside Bilal Qureshi. NAzish has also worked in well-known dramas like Alif Allah Aur Insan, Makafaat, Kahin Deep Jalay, Inaam-e-Muhabbat and Jinzada.

Moreover, she also did her debut film, named Lafangey with Sami Khan. It was released in 2022. Nazish has also discussed PTSD in an interview that she has been facing for 10 years. Her personal mental health issues have led her to work as a mental health awareness activist. She continues to work on mental awareness.
