- Armed Forces of Pakistan (bearing broad arrow number plates)
- Ambulances
- Fire Brigades
- Provincial Police
- Vehicles having High Court Flags/ Insignia Plates
- National Highways and Motorways Police
On Motorways
- National Highways and Motorways Police
BOT Roads [M-2, M-9, M-11 & Pattoki Toll Plaza (N-5)]
- Provincial and National Highways & Motorways Police
- Fire Brigades
- Ambulances
- Armed Forces of Pakistan vehicles bearing broad arrow number plates)
- Vehicles having Supreme Court / High Court Flags/ Insignia Plates.
- Members of Senate & National Assembly
