GAZA CITY: At least three Palestinians in their 20s were killed while five others sustained critical injuries when a blast took place in the Gaza Strip on Wednesday, a foreign news agency citing Hamas’s Health Ministry spokesman Ashraf Qudra reported.
The blast took place at a training camp belonging to Hamas’s armed wing the Ezzedine Al-Qassam Brigades east of the city of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip.
The cause of the blast was unclear.
