Kashmir Black Day today

KashmirKashmir Black Day today

Islamabad, Pakistan: The people of Illegally Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) and the rest of the world would observe the Indian Republic Day as Black Day today (Tuesday) to give a strong message to the fascist Indian government that Kashmiri would fight for the right of self-determination to the last drop of their blood.

The Indian state brutalities and human rights violations are highlighted through the abuse of pellet guns and torture. The azadi slogans being chanted in India are written on the wall and the identity of Indian citizens is under threat.

This was stated by Mushaal Hussein Mullick, the wife of Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Yasin Malik, in her statement in connection with the Black Day being observed on January 26 worldwide.

Vows Kashmiris to make all-out efforts to take just struggle to logical ends

Mushaal Mullick said that the Kashmiri people worldwide would mark the so-called Indian Republic Day as Black Day in order to invite the attention of the international community towards the continued long unlawful and forcible Indian occupation of the scenic valley and continued depriving of their internationally-recognized right of self-determination for last 74 years.

Mushaal, who is also Chairperson of Peace and Culture Organisation, said that Kashmiris would observe Black Day at the time when the hardliner Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led Indian government violated all international norms and commitments on the global issue of the occupied valley by scrapping special status of the internationally-acknowledged disputed status of the Jammu Kashmir.

The Hurriyat leader said that celebrating the Indian Republic Day in IIOJK was tantamount to add insult to injuries of Kashmiri people; hence it was being marked as black day annually in the valley.

The Chairperson vowed that the blood of the Kashmiri martyrs would not go waste and the nation would never forget their sacrifices rendered for the birthright of right to self-determination.

Mushaal Mullick went on to say that as long as Indian forces are there, such painful events will continue to occur and it will further add to the never-ending situation of uncertainty. She vowed that the Kashmiri people would leave no stone unturned to take the just struggle to its logical ends.

Mushaal demanded the world powers to take notice of Indian barbarism and should force take measures to liberate Kashmiris of brutal Indian occupation once and for all.
