KashmirIndian Forces Ransack Houses and Loot Cash in Srinagar

SRINAGAR: The painful plight of innocent Kashmiris fueled by the COVID-19 pandemic and decades-long atrocities by the Indian Security Forces couldn’t yet move the International Community into a tangible action, enabling the Indian forces to arbitrarily carry out their barbarism in the held valley.

Recently, the Indian Security Forces at the pretext of an Operation ransacked the houses, and looted gold & cash in Zoonimar area of Occupied Kashmir’s Srinagar City.

The residents were forced to vacate by the Indian forces, and then the valuables were looted.

The Indian forces launched a violent cordon and search operations in Srinagar and Baramulla districts a few days ago, and besieged Gilli Kadal, a locality in Zoonimar area.

The forces sealed all entry and exit points of the area, and also snapped mobile internet services in both the districts.

Meanwhile, the Indian forces martyred three more Kashmiri in Pazwalpora area of Srinagar on Sunday.

They also raided various houses in Sopore and Badgam areas, and arrested over a dozen youth.

The people of Indian Occupied Kashmir have been suffering under inhuman lockdown and military siege for over 10 months following India’s illegal and unilateral actions of August 5 last year.

The entire region has been turned into a large prison with unprecedented restrictions which continue despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
