The unending propaganda, ideological tussle, power politics, and regional presence of the U.S have successfully pressurized Iran in the actual game.
Iran is not the same Iran as it was before the war. Thousands of 2,000-pound bombs have ruined Iranian infrastructure, killing top senior IRGC generals and government officials. Iran has been hit hard in the recent war. Despite Iran’s missile deterrence, the U.S has hit hard without any limitations. Iran seemed shocked after the supreme leader’s assassination, and it threw missiles where it could.
The whole war has only resulted in the debunking of the narrative that portrays the Middle East as a safe haven for business. Switzerland and the Gulf were destinations for the world’s major billionaires, as they were presented as states with no border rivalry. Before this war, Gulf states acted as neutral and peace negotiators to attract billionaires and safe-deposit countries by providing a safe environment with fewer taxes and more facilities as compared to other big parties.
After this war, all business tycoons will think a thousand times before entering the Gulf for successful businesses. Gulf states present themselves as an alternative to Europe in tourism and safe deposits, but this image has been hit hard during this war. Despite oil and gas imports, Gulf states will suffer economically with budget deficits and reduced foreign investments as aftershocks of this war.
Iran’s ballistic missiles failed to cause significant damage to American regional bases and assets. Israel was attacked with hypersonic and cluster missile ammunition, but most were intercepted out of Israel’s airspace. The success rate of Iron Dome against Iranian missiles was 99%. In return, Iran was able to shoot down a few American jets, and the actual number is still under verification.
The joint operations of the U.S. and America will further strengthen the American Israeli alliance. After this war, the Israeli army and air force will be hard to control due to significant war experiences in Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, and Iran. Israel will easily repel any attack on its sovereignty in future wars. Israel is now equipped with battle-tested weaponry, with security personnel having abundant war experience.
Israel acted splendidly during the assassination of Ayatollah Khamenei. Israel traced him in an imagined way, and these war tactics will be part of many military syllabi. The study of these events and Israel’s induction of AI and cyber warfare as superior weapons of war will further strengthen Israel’s military image in the whole world.
Israel’s currency also performed outstandingly in this whole war. It strengthened despite continuous war for three years. Netanyahu also succeeded in persuading Trump to bomb Iran. Netanyahu’s years of wishes came true. Netanyahu emerged as the most successful man to influence U.S. actions outside its borders.
The United States proved itself as a reliable ally for Israel. After the Iran war, Venezuela’s operation seemed to be done to control its oil. America was aware of oil price hikes in case of the Iran war, so it controlled Venezuela’s oil before the start of the Iran conflict to prevent a major oil crisis. The condition would have been different if Maduro had not been removed from office.
The crux of the Iran war also seems to be the control of oil and gas reserves of Iran. The U.S. is actively leading petro-politics. The nations that sell oil during conflict earn huge profits as crude oil trades at double rates due to the Strait of Hormuz closure. Oil prices will take time to return to normal, and countries selling oil will earn more.
Trump is just waiting to get over with mid-elections to again start a campaign of bombing against Iran. Trump will consider no criticism and no diplomacy after mid-elections in Iran bombing. Trump has to leave office after nearly two years, and coming U.S. presidents will face huge criticism and will pay the diplomatic price of the Iran war.
America faced huge criticism during the war due to joint operations with Israel. Things would have been different if the U.S. alone had invaded Iran. The U.S. might have been able to gain some sympathy if it had conducted strikes alone on Iran’s nuclear facilities. After this war, the issue of nukes does not seem to be an issue.
The U.S. is actively manipulated by Israel to create chaos in the Middle East. Israel’s expansionist ambitions will be fulfilled if Iran’s axis of resistance collapses. Israel seems to be out of control from the Arab world. It demonstrates its power to create fear in Arab nations and to make them morally dead. It tries to convince leaders for normalization by showing power rather than diplomatic paths.
Gaza genocide was a question mark on the whole world, particularly the Arab world, and a step to create fear among Arabs and the whole world. Israel’s ambitious agenda was only to present itself as a nation that has to stay there either by force or diplomacy. This war will distort the image of both Iran and Israel in the Arab world. Israel should consider a diplomatic pathway on all fronts to de-escalate the Middle East.
Israelis themselves need a regime change to maintain peace and to avoid running to shelters again and again. The psychological trauma of war will last in Israeli and Iranian people for decades. Israel needs an active enemy to prove its Palestinian occupation. It remains and wants to be hostile with any nation throughout; otherwise, it has no legitimacy.
The diplomatic partners should move forward for a two-state solution as per the UN charter to avoid further escalation. Time demands something big from current leaders; otherwise, Gaza and Lebanon genocide will curse humanity soon.
