LAHORE, Pakistan: The Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has announced the establishment of the first Public Cancer Hospital in the province.
Maryam Nawaz also reviewed the proposed site of the first Public Cancer Hospital near Valencia Town in Lahore on Monday.
The Chief Minister was briefed about the proposed site of the Cancer Hospital.
In her remarks, she said that the Punjab government will bring in the best doctors and the latest machinery for treating patients at the Cancer Hospital. Maryam has been quite active for the last few days in terms of announcing new projects, just like 8171; she also introduced the Atta scheme for underprivileged in Punjab.
