ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Minister of States for Narcotics Control Shehryar Khan Afridi has expressed the resolve to take the case of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Rana Sanaullah to its logical conclusion.

While addressing a Press Conference in Islamabad on Wednesday a day after the Lahore High Court (LHC) approved the bail plea of Rana Sanaullah in the Drug Trafficking Case, Shehryar Afridi said that Rana Sanaullah is still an accused and the honorable Court has only granted him a bail while the trial is still pending before an Anti-Narcotics Court.

The state minister said that we believe in the supremacy of law and will follow the legal procedure in Rana Sanaullah’s case after examining the Court’s orders. He said that as per promise, I produced all relevant evidences including footages within 17 days before the formal beginning of the trial.
